It's beer tasting today. 18 imported beers all in this special NITE. haha~ I tried some of them. How good is it I really donno how to gauge. I rmb the seaweed 1 tt I tried. not bad~ but I like Archipelago better. We were in maroon shirts until a pretty lady working for ARCHIPELAGO came and said she has some t-shirts. Woahs.. I love em and was hoping that my boss ask us all to change to tt Tee n my wish came true.. lol! I was so excited when we were called to change cos T-shirt is very much more comfortable and the design is nice. Was the first to go to the toilet. lol! and I caught Mas replenishing her make-up in the toilet, haha~ so vain.. so I took a picture of her and threatened to show it to the boss. haha!

It drizzled halfway through and we had to shift all the tables and chairs to the shelter. ~hard work man.. then I have to walk pass this 50m distance in the drizzle to serve. haha! in the end, my t-shirt was decorated with nice wet dots. An ang-moh saw me and said," Why are you so wet?" "o.. cos.. I walk in the rain.." *serene points to the area outside the shelter. And his friend added," just like the song walking in the rain..". He looked rather amazed. haha~ I saw the ARCHIPELAGO boss, its a Caucasian with his pretty assistance, while I was attending to their table,"Hello, may I clear this?" the lady asked me if she could take a picture of me with their T-shirt. I gladly agreed of cos and said," Sure.. Its my honour!" haha~ I was so stupid that I forgot to ask to take a picture with them too!

I think some were already abit tipsy, at one period of time, I was at the beer counter, so.. A group of 3 came and ask for the beer no. sth. so i poured for them.. They saw the Archipelago beer bottle on my T and said,"Can I try tt too?" felt abit offended but I just smiled and said, "u can drink from the bottle."

Wanted to buy some beer back to try esp this peach flavoured 1.. but peter asked us to buy nxt wk.

Have been working for 12 hours today. goSh~ Fortunately I have a nice pair of shoes that don't add the pain on my feet. =) Its a nice day!

I wore my spects to work today and my colleagues said that I looked funny in it and they laughed about it. haha~ wadeva larhs.. Was studying the wine bottles at the wine rack today. Came across this very cute red wine bottle called the Red Flyer. haha! f.i.y i drink this whenever I wanna go visit my frenz in the space. There's the beer tasting event tomorrow, with imported beer which is rarely seen here at home and its going to be Sososo crowded. I looked at the sign up form and its >120 pax. the bottles are rather unique and I had to wash these 3 x 36 number of mini-sized glasses like that, it is less than half the size of the normal goblets. And I don't believe that it costs $6 just for a glass like that. haha! of cos I treated them with tender loving care cos they're expensive. lol~ Mas wanted to teach me to do the Cocktails today.. but I was called up to do sth else, so she postponed it. -.- I'll be working for more than 12 hours tomorrow n I won't reach home until midnight. -.-

Nothing can express the heart-felt appreciation that I have for these gals! From left: Sarah(tweety bird), MeiQi(mouse gal), Shan2(Big head doll), Joanna(e gal tt don't smile showing her teeth), Shiqi(bao lu kuang!lol~)! Despite their busy schedule, they threw me a Belated Celebration. =) Thanks! Not forgetting Cloud who chipped in for the very nice presents too! haha!
Alright, we went Marina for the steamboat + Bbq. They went feeding me (like a pig), especially Joanna n Shiqi! haha~ So i actually don't have to cook the food cos there was always replenished food on my plate. lol! Halfway through, we went to the Arcade just beside and began our fight and fun! After the eating, all of them went away, and they came back w/ a Heart Shape blackforest Cake. The cake is beautiful!Really sweet of them. haha~ I'm really not good with words so at that point of time, I don't know how to show I'm touched, haha! Well.. can I ask if you gals can actually see ? lol~ After reading this post, all of you will know I actually love all of you so much! No one knows how and why our friendship can go this far, initially we were just strangers to each other in Isetan. As days go by, we became good friends who can laugh and play and do silly stuffs together.

Let me off my emo mode, haha! now.. talking about silly things, meiqi smeared cake cream on our faces. We ran for about 400m trying to get our revenge, with many eyes watching(we don't really care)but this gal really has long legs, haha within a min, she's far ahead. So we didn't have the chance to, but yea the watermelon Trick did work! lol~ Each of us took a slice o f watermelon, munching away on our way back to the seat, so we took 1 for mq too. "Meiqi, you wanna eat watermelon?" i got close enough to her and pushed it onto her face! Gotcha" haha ( this was Jo's trick though) .

Joanna attempted to tell a Ghost story. haha~ It's more like telling a joke for us can? She only managed to succeed in scaring Sarah. lol! To Jo: u can always try again~ haha! On bus 400, all of us sit ourselves at the back row and we wanted to take a group picture.haha! n i think we have tried for about 10 times before stopping. Not because we're satisfied w/ the pic, it's because we've already reached the stop! loL~ so we hafta STOP no matter what.

Wah~ when I was on the train back to lakeside, my whole face, hair and hands has the smell of the whip cream! Gosh.. and my face feels so oily.. I wonder if the people at my sides can sense the weird smell getting in to their noses. -.- hopefully not~ I will rmb YOU for that! haha~ Shuo wei " lai ri fang chang", you'll have your chance to get yourself smelling liddat or maybe worst too. I promise! haha~

And I really love the presents, the very nice Guess wallet, the edible Blackforest Cake, the small unedible fruit cake and the nice card that writes " If I know wht love is, it is because of you." Aww... Ya you gals made me feel what is love too! =D Remember our outing to Marina again next time, flying kites and having picnics ok! haha~ Although I don't see you gals now that I'm nt working at Harraca anymore, all of you will still be in my heart! *Serene sings, " n you'll be in my heart.." Distance barrier can always be defeated by hearts' ties. haha~ ya n if know what I mean, that means, " You'll be in my heart!" =)

HaPpy birthday To the Dear Gal.. Evon Lim Li Wen. haha! On the phone, eve:" you wanna run here? cos the icecream is melting.." "It's ok i can eat melted icecream!"jokingly of cos. lol! But the birthday gal was sweet indeed, she asked for an additional topping of the icecream. So ya.. I didnt eat the melted 1..*thank god! can't imagine myself eating melted icecream(i'd rather add sme milk and make it into a milkshake. hahaa!) The middle picture was what we ate. Thanks gal! so we ate for "longer lasting pleasure" Haagen Dazs slogan. haha! Ice cream flavours are as follow: Coffee, Raspberry, Chocolate chip + Macadamia Nuts. I q like the 2nd n 4th. =D We see that she doesnt have a cake.. so we went Breadtalk to get the strawberry sweetie for her. So the 3 of us divided our roles. The one that dont want to sing will get the cake, marianne was the willing volunteer. So me n eve sang.. Fortunately, the other frenz of Evon sang along too! =)


Cos some1 is have other frenz to entertain and another impt mission- anniversary celebration, we didn't take up much of her time. After all the usual wishing and hugging stuffs, we bidded her Gdbye and we went to discover fun at Vivo. I was lagging behind the 2 of them cos was busy taking snapshots. The kids were really cute! They were in a line waiting for their water fren to come. hehe! I came across my favourite photo spot where u hafta climb up a gentle slope to get ur way up the orange 'chair' so I told eve n mari abt it. (if u noticed, the older post oso have picture of the same surroundings) Then we went to the pet shop, n saw her interesting ways which animals behave. 1.Sleepy hamster laying flat on the wheel, the other disturbed and lay by its side. haha! n some funny looking dogs- thr's 1 tt looks sweet frm the behind cos it has 2 pink ribbons BUT.. when it turned!! wah.. damn.. A dog with human eyes! super scary. They were so large n fierce. n there was a dog having its hair cut. lol!
Mari left for a movie. So I suggested going to the arcade. We played this armadillo race game for like >5 times. Partly cos its economical, 1 token for a long n tiring game. Next its cos its a good arm toning exercise we felt. Lastly is cos i kept losing! haha n i bugged eve to play mre. I tried to steal sme of her winning secrets by peeping at her during the game. but oh well.. she was still the ultimate winner. Our hands were all red after playing n there were people+kids looking at us while playing~ they must be thinking its ridiculous.=) Played the racing cars games and the hockey game. The one that they have chips and u hafta get it your goal.=) i won tt! Played pool after we finished the tokens.. haha! alot of funny things happen. The white ball jumped, didnt hit any other balls and fell into the hole.(sorry for the ridiculous terms cos i m clueless bout the right terms for table ball games) haha! WAIT! Vivo didn't just have pet shop, it's an animal kingdom ok!! We actually saw Pig and Elephant. lol~ the pig took picture w us asking for nth in return (sth like unconditional love?haha) but the ELEPHANT! gosh.. we had to listen to the UOB banker for like bout 45 mins talking about endowment plans and planning for the future. haha~ We wanted to take a pic w the elephant then a man w UOB t-shirt appeared, he volunteered to help then .. after tt " Do you mind sparing me a minute to complete a short survey, there'll be free gift." haha~ we tot its really short so we went lor.. but its really nice of him to explain and answer our questions. I actually asked him what he think about the banking industry. Tap q some insights from him though. haha! n finally .. the free gift, was loooking at sth decent like maybe a key chain or others w similar decent -ness when we saw 2 red stress balls? Eve told me she felt like throwing it at him. haha! So that wraps up today, 24.06.2007. =)

Finally! I completed my puzzle at 6am this morning.=) n i proceeded on with my 4hrs slp.Went Cc to collect my tips n went on to meet evelyn to get evon's Bday present. We had some snacks at Breadtalk and chatted our way through. Eve had a small feast- a crab! (yes! Breadtalk sells crabs, choose between chilli / black pepper n mre. lol u'll noe wad i mean when I post the pics)I drank watever. I think it's peach tea.. Random flavours is a good marketing idea. Well.. at least it spared me the thought of what to drink. and any drink that you picked is sort of like fated for you? haha!

Next to yck wanting to pay for our course, first we went to the wrong building. Found the place and the system for payment was down. -.- Saw people playing tennis and I told eve about my plight during the tennis trial. haha! Then, I came home and fetch my sisters to their abacus class. Was at the library browsing some books while waiting for their class to end.

This guy approached me for donation, I wanted to turn back but he was faster than me. In a blink of an eye, he's in front of me with his thick file. *serene applauds*I didn't have a chance to speak cos I couldn't get his attention. He was busy fliping through his file and explaining, the $$ is for sick kids ++ (u noe the rest). and I rmbered this WRONG line of his so clearly, " By donating $10 u can really help the kids" (I thought donation is an amt that one is comfortable with, why do you shoot that $10 out straight away? and I thought sincere charity organizations will accept any amt tt u give?) So I took out my wallet, wanting to donate some decent and comfortable amount like $1+/ $2? I opened the coin zip, and found a 5c. Gosh~ can't possibly ask me to donate 5c? So I looked at my notes slot, the smallest is a $5 green note. I didnt want to donate that much but anyways i did. I don't mind giving more if its really for a good cause. But... who really knows if its really for donation purposes?(the newspaper has been warning us about cheaters and I myself have encountered such unruly people) Whatever it is, my rationale of donating lies in helping the kids, he'll be sinned if he did this for his own pocket. haha~ I'm tired~

I set the wrong timing for my alarm. 930 instead of 830. Took a cab down. The taxi uncle is nice, He rounded down the cab fare-.- Was about 15 mins late. When I reached, " Sleeping beauty, u sleep until forget the time ah?" -_-''' They have been calling me by that for 1 mth or so..(Just because Su ask me to go somewhere n I told him I rather go back home n sleep -_-''' n it happened that Alan called me when I was sleeping and I hung up his call. haha!) Went for outside catering, HSBC's reward to her loyal customers. haha! It's a shipping company. I think its called Chayaha or Chahaya. Dont really rmb. We went told to wear the black shirt today instead. Last time was at sungei kadut, on the 2nd storey. Today.. Its at Mosque Street Its on the 3rd! N there's no lift too!! we have to shift all the things up manually including tables, the buffet equipment, all the culteries. Luckily my neck is ok oreadi, if not, I don't know how to move the things. haha~ I noticed this several cute things. An eagle egg n rubber ducks!
haha! We finished clearing before the expected timing. So we didn't go back so early.While on the car, we were thinking of where should we go eat. lol~ cos the 3 of us are dressed BLACK from head to toe. u can imagine.. Later people thought we were some super cops. haha! So we went to Tanglin Block 33 to eat chicken rice. There wasn't many people but.. we still invited some stares. LoL~Block 33.. They sell nice Hainanese Chicken Rice. There were 3 Chicken Rice stall and they were poaching customers. haha~ So I was wondering why would 3 wanted to locate at that close proximity and Su told me the story. This stall A's owner was one a disciple of Stall B. And he not only learnt the skill of cooking the Chicken from stall A, but was able to cook it better. Then he set up the stall just next to his SHIFU. -__-''' and fight for each other's customers. Anyways.. Alan the manager treated us to this meal and he said that's its his honour! Cool~Here's super cop no 2. haha! n i just realised the car plate no. Its a permutation of my house unit no. hahaha~

Haha! I was on the clouds when I saw 2 newly-wed angels today~ hehehe- ;)

n my puzzle.. hmM~ progress was slow yest cos I've difficulty turning my head and finding the right jigsaw piece. haha! But did head rotation, it's torturous. loL~ I managed to piece up all the border pieces.

My mum saw me still piecing the puzzle around 2am last night. She said, " Ni zai gan jia zhuang ?"(sth like are u rushing for your wedding.. ) That really made me laugh.. I told her that I'm attempting a 5000 piece puzzle soon~ lol! (u can imagine her response) hahaha~
Ta dang~The main characters show themselves. I'm left with the background, which is the difficult part cos parts of them seem like a duplicate of each other. haha! will be able to complete it by this week. =)

Went to the Puzzle House today. I wanted to buy the Snowwhite & the seven little dwarfs jigsaw. but the 2 gals like Disney Princesses. So i bought the latter instead.Going to piece it up, frame it and hang it in the room for them. =) So far, I've completed 3 sets of 500-piece puzzles on marine life. It's the first time I'm trying out this 1000 cartoon puzzle.. haha!

Received this email. It infms that I am shortlisted for the outdoor surveyors job.. According to the details they posted, its a 3-8pm job, $100 per day. O.o Cool huh? Well, attractive it may sounds.. hafta check if this means any strings attached. haha~ who knows? i reckoned 1000 surveys in 5 hrs is way too big a challenge for me n the chat w/ Marcus reminded me to check the type of survey that i'll be conducting. I'll Check the cost for this price!! hopefully, i don't get an unbalanced equation w excessive negative charge..

Haha! wanted to sign up a class with eve. I kept asking her if there's music accompanying the moves. lol~ cos I contemplated that it can be rather sianz boxing, jumping into the air with only heavy breathing noises. Not improving health condition but worsening it.(you may even mistaken yourself in an A&E department. How scary~ lol) After much discussion, we decided on the Cardiomix class~ I'm waiting for wednesday to come. lalalala~
